Volumetric flow compensation supply air mode for exhaust air units
The volumetric flow compensation for exhaust air units is switched with an optional on/off switch on the 230 V switching contact.
The associated Supply air mode overrun parameter can be set in the Service menu (setting values 0, 6 or 15 minutes). Alternatively, the commissioning software, 230 VAC input, supply air function parameter can also be used.
Volumetric flow compensation in single-type RV 2 and CPP 60 systems
- This function can be used to create volumetric flow compensation for exhaust air units, for example for Maico exhaust air fans ER (60 m³/h) or ECA 100 ipro.
- When this function is active, all ventilation units connected to the RS 485 bus of the master controller take over the volumetric flow compensation.
- A specific ventilation level is automatically assigned to the registered units/unit pairs. This depends on the number of units.
- The volumetric flow compensation has priority over the intermittent ventilation or sleep mode operating modes. However, the timer for the intermittent ventilation/sleep function continues to run in the background.
- To cancel the supply air function of a CPP 60 unit during the run-on time of an exhaust air fan, select ventilation level 0 on the RLS control unit. The CPP 60 unit switches off.
Volumetric flow compensation in mixed systems with RV 2, CPP 60, PP 45 and PPB 30 ventilation units.
For PP 45 or PPB 30 in combination with RLS 45 O, RLS 45 K or DS 45 RC control units, see the operating instructions for the ventilation unit.
- When this function is active, all ventilation units connected to the fan interface (Fan1/Fan2) of the RLS 45 K take over the volumetric flow compensation. Only single-type PP 45 systems may be connected to the interface (Fan1/Fan2).
- If no PP 45 is connected, the ventilation units connected to the RS 485 bus of the master controller take over the volumetric flow compensation. RV 2 or CPP 60 units are selected using the commissioning software.
