Position and slope of the wall sleeve

  1. Before installing the unit, ensure that the wall sleeve is installed correctly.

DANGER due to short circuit/fire. Water/moisture damage if the wall sleeve is installed incorrectly. If the wall sleeve is installed horizontally or orientated inwards, condensation or moisture can move towards the fan. If the unit is not installed correctly (tightly sealed), a short circuit may occur.

To avoid this, the wall sleeve must be installed with a slope of 1° to 2° towards the exterior wall.
