Malfunction

Internal error in control

Fault LED in alternation: lit up for extended period and then flashes briefly 1x.

Fault rectification: Ensure that no voltage is present, restart the unit.

To reset the unit, press:

for 2 seconds.

Master-slave communication

Fault LED in alternation: lit up for extended period and then flashes briefly 2x.

Fault rectification: Check communication paths for radio signals and select a different positioning if necessary.

If the fault continues to occur, set the last parameter in the PP 45 RC service menu to "Single-room ventilation unit", see installation instructions for PP 45 final installation kit, service menu, chapter 9.4.

Internal sensor defective (I2C)

Fault LED in alternation: lit up for extended period and then flashes briefly 3x.

Fault rectification: Check that the sensor is positioned correctly or replace the sensor.

External sensor not reporting

Fault LED in alternation: lit up for extended period and then flashes briefly 4x.

Fault rectification: Check sensor.

No communication with the EnOcean module PP 45 EO

Fault LED in alternation: lit up for extended period and then flashes briefly 5x.

Fault rectification: Check PP 45 EO module for functionality.
