Replacing the air filter

Change the air filters when the filter change indicator lights up, but after 1 year at the latest!

Only use original replacement filters.

EPM 1 50% filters (F7) are used for the outside air and ePM 10 50% filters (M5) for the exhaust air. The filters serve as protection for the heat exchanger and ensure good air quality. The condition of the filters should be checked regularly (2-4 times a year). The filters must be replaced if necessary, at the latest after 1 year. Heavily soiled filters can cause the following faults:

Change the filter:

  1. Note the safety instructions Safety instructions!
  2. Release the quick-release clips and open the front inspection door.
  3. Remove the air filters from the ventilation unit.
  4. Dispose of the air filters in accordance with local regulations.
  5. Clean the filter guides with a damp cloth and allow them to dry.
  6. Insert new air filters in such a way that the filters can be pushed in as far as they will go without tension. Pay attention to the direction of the air.
  7. Close the inspection doors. Fasten them with the quick-release clips.
