Fitting the mounting sleeve into the masonry
- Position the mounting sleeve in the masonry, check dimensions.
- If necessary, cut the mounting sleeve to size using a band saw.
Installation instructions
- Adjust the inner plaster frame to the actual masonry thickness.
- Screws of the inner plaster frame for aligning and fixing (not for fastening). Do not overtighten the screws, otherwise they will break out of the EPS mounting sleeve. Alternatively, use a one-component mounting adhesive for fixing.
- Maintain an average plaster thickness of 15 mm on the inside and 20 mm on the outside (= frame projection).
- Internal plaster frame with extended insertion. On the inner wall side up to 15 mm can be levelled out. The frames of the external grilles offer a further, minimal levelling option (see instructions for final installation kit).
