Preparing soffit installation

  1. Brick up the soffit.
  2. Lay empty ducts/cabling to the installation location of the mounting sleeve. For information on cabling, see chapter Cable laying, empty ducts, flush-mounted boxes.
  3. Measure the wall thickness (take the insulation of the masonry into account): Plaster thickness inside and outside.

The position of the outer plaster frame on the mounting sleeve is not centred/symmetrical on the exterior wall side. The plaster frame is symmetrically positioned on the interior wall side.

  1. Unpack the pre-installation kit on site.
