Cable laying, empty ducts, flush-mounted boxes

Guide the empty ducts/connection cables into the mounting sleeve at one of the predetermined breaking points.

The predetermined breaking points for the cable feed are labelled with symbols on the mounting sleeve.

Networks with star, line and ring topology permitted. Carry out wiring in flush-mounted box.

Placement of flush-mounted boxes

When using more than 2 ventilation units, we recommend installing the room air control in a deep electronic switch box, to be provided by the customer. This provides sufficient space for connection of the cables of several unit pairs.

Avoid the following:

• Disbalances, which arise from different lengths of control cable. Observe installation requirements relating to cable lengths and types.
• Incorrect measured values, for example due to an unsuitable installation location of the control and external sensors or due to interference such as direct sunlight.
