Auto Time operating mode: automatic operation with time programmes

Auto Time for firmware versions up to 1.2.7 or
when using an RLS T1 WS control unit

Auto Time activates the time-controlled automatic operation with the Winter or Summer time programme and up to 4 time intervals and ventilation levels per day of the week. Time programmes can be set up under Ventilation time programme.

If times within a time programme overlap, the fans run in the higher ventilation level. The fans switch off for times not taken into account.

Auto Time as of firmware version 1.3.0

Auto Time activates time-controlled operation with the regular time programme or holiday time programme and up to 6 time intervals and ventilation levels per day of the week. Time programmes can be set up under Ventilation time programme.

The Regular time programmeis always activated. The Holiday time programme can be activated with time limits by specifying a time range using the Start date for holiday time programme and End date for holiday time programme parameters. The Holiday time programme active notice is displayed for the duration of the activated holiday time program.

Parameters: Holiday time start, setting value: Date input
Parameter: Holiday time end, setting value: Date entry

A time-of-day programme with 6 time windows and assigned ventilation level/function can be programmed for each day of the week, either individually or for several days (when the desired days of the week are activated). Subsequent copying is possible. The ventilation level/function activated in the weekly time programme remains active until it is replaced by another ventilation level/function starting within the time programme.

General functions in the Auto Time operating mode

If the ventilation level is adjusted manually, the automatic function switches off temporarily. Once a timer interval has elapsed, the ventilation unit switches back into automatic operation.

In Auto Time operating mode, the measurements of all internal and external humidity sensors are taken into account. Connected external air quality sensors (CO2 and VOC) are not taken into account.

Excess humidity protection for the unit is active at all times. All measurements from internal and external humidity sensors are used for analysis. If the maximum humidity value limit is exceeded, a switch is made to intensive ventilation until the humidity is 3 % below the value limit. The ventilation level is only increased to intensive ventilation if the outside air conditions are actually suited to dehumidification.
