Excess humidity protection

Excess humidity protection protects the residential unit from excess humidity. If the exhaust air humidity exceeds the set humidity limit value (→ Sensors), the ventilation unit switches to intensive ventilation until the room air humidity has fallen to 3 % below the set max. limit value. The ventilation unit then switches back to the last ventilation level used.

The maximum humidity limit value can be set from 50 to 95 % r. h.. → Sensors.

This function is always active and cannot be disabled. Exception: In Eco mode supply air, excess humidity protection is deactivated.

The controller only activates excess humidity protection if the outside air has an absolute humidity lower than that of the exhaust air.
