Transport, storage

Please take note of the technical data.

• During transport, there is a risk of injury due to heavy or falling loads: Comply with the applicable safety and accident prevention regulations. Observe the maximum permissible loading capacity of lifting gear. Observe the transport weight and the centre of gravity (middle) of the ventilation unit for safe transport.

• Only lift the ventilation unit with several persons, especially in case of ceiling installation. Never walk under suspended loads. For heavy units, use a lifting device/lifting equipment suitable for the total weight.

• Check the ventilation unit for transport damage. Do not commission a damaged unit.

Storage

• Only store ventilation units in a dry location and in a horizontal position.
• Avoid high humidity, formation of condensation and excessively long storage times.
• Do not store the ventilation unit in an environment with corrosive substances.
• If stored for lengthy periods, protect ventilation unit from dust, moisture and sunlight.
