Procedure, tips for teaching-in
- To teach in an RC radio-controlled fan, remove the housing covers → Installation instructions.
- Teach in the radio switches (max. 5) and/or radio window contacts (max. 2) on the fan (receiver).
- Carefully press the housing covers onto the housing until they snap into place.
- Perform function test with all system components.
Tips for teaching-in radio components
- If the RC radio-controlled fan receives a valid teach-in telegram from a radio component that has not yet been taught in, the data is analysed and saved.
- If the radio component has already been taught in, the existing teach-in telegram is deleted, i.e. the teach-in process must be repeated.
- If there is no reception within 60 seconds, the teach-in process is stopped and the LED on the fan switches off. The teach-in process must be repeated.
- Teach in the left and right rocker switch of the DS RC radio switch separately.
- Always teach in the radio switch for the fan that is located in the same room as the switch.
Teach-in telegrams from non-supported radio components are ignored.
