Special features
- The control system allows you to select 5 ventilation levels and 3 operating modes: continuous ventilation (with heat recovery), cross-ventilation (without heat recovery) and sensor-controlled automatic operation.
- Continuous ventilation mode with heat recovery: PushPull mode. The units run in alternation and change direction every 60 s.
- Operating mode cross-ventilation : One unit is permanently in supply air mode and the corresponding unit in exhaust air mode (e.g for summer night cooling).
- In automatic operating mode, the air volume is adjusted continuously to the sensor value (HYI, HY, CO2, VOC).
- The RLS 45 K room air control system can be expanded with the internal humidity sensor or with external sensors (humidity, CO2, VOC). The air flow volume is adjusted accordingly and the devices achieve energy efficiency class A+.
- Operation of odd number of units is possible. The volumetric flows are automatically divided according to the number of units.
- The time-limited intensive ventilation (intermittent ventilation) or the time-limited switch-off (falling asleep function) can also be selected at the touch of a button.
- The RLS 45 K room air control system enables communication between exhaust air units (e.g. ECA/ER) and PushPull units. This means that when an exhaust air fan starts up, the PushPull units switch to supply air mode to compensate for the resulting negative pressure. Supply air mode is possible with an overrun of 0, 6 or 15 min. The number of connected devices is also taken into account.
- The control system has a separate 230 V input whose function can be defined in the software. The following functions are available: safety shutdown, falling asleep function, intermittent ventilation, supply air function for exhaust air units with 0 s, 6 min or 15 min overrun.
- ModBus connection is possible.
- In addition, the RLS 45 K room air control system makes it possible to conveniently configure the device using commissioning software on a PC/laptop (Windows).
- Easy, time-saving digital commissioning and creation of digital commissioning protocols and recovery files.
- The RLS 45 K room air control system, in combination with the PP 45 EO EnOcean extension module, offers the unique possibility of connecting the wired PP 45 K and PP 45 O devices with the PP 45 RC wireless devices. This control combination allows f.i. wired units to be installed on the ground floor and wireless units on the first floor. The entire system is controlled at the touch of a button.
- The control system can be extended with further control systems or PP 45 LT power units.
Features
- The room air control is needed as an accessory for the final assembly kits PP 45 K, PP 45, PPB 30 K, PPB 30 O, or RV 2.
- For the PP 45 RC device series, the wired control RLS 45 K can be used as an alternative to the DS 45 RC radio switch. In this case, the combination of RLS 45 K with the PP 45 EO EnOcean extension module is necessary.
- Up to 6 fans can be controlled simultaneously via an RLS 45 K room air control system, e.g. 6 x PP 45 units or 4 x PP 45 units + 1 x PPB 30 or up to 3 x PPB 30 units.
- Up to 8 RV 2 ventilation units can be controlled simultaneously via an RLS 45 K room air control system.
