Features

  • Innovative CPP 60 single-room ventilation unit with heat recovery and centrifugal fan, consisting of EPP body, plastic cover, fan unit, ceramic heat exchanger, internal cover, 1 x ISO Coarse 30 % (G2) filter and 1 x ISO Coarse 45 % (G3) filter, so that the air is filtered twice.
  • With CPP 60 units, a complete ventilation system in accordance with DIN 1946-6, including exhaust air units, can be set up via a central control system (RLS 45 K).
  • To achieve efficient ventilation, we recommend operating the units in pairs.
  • In certain system combinations, an odd number of units is also possible.

Special features

  • The CPP 60 is a PushPull unit with an integrated centrifugal fan. This special application gives the CPP 60 a number of unique features.
  • This innovative approach enables constant volumetric flow ventilation of up to 60 m³/h. The resulting pressure stability of > 100 Pa guarantees ventilation regardless of weather conditions, installation site and height.
  • The integrated ventilation shutter eliminates the typical switching noise of PushPull single-room ventilation units.
  • Thanks to their extremely quiet and energy-saving centrifugal fan and excellent sensor-controlled operation, CPP 60 units achieve energy efficiency class A.
  • Standard sound level difference; screw conveyance / air conveyance
  • The devices can be operated in 5 different ventilation levels (20/30/42/50/60 m³/h) and in 3 operating programmes: continuous ventilation with heat recovery, cross ventilation and sensor-controlled automatic operation.
  • The simple installation as a surface-mounted version with a core hole of 140 mm facilitates the installation of the CPP 60 units.
  • The minimum wall thickness of the exterior wall in combination with the PP 45 AK external cover is 300 mm. When using PP 45 AW/AE/AS external covers, the required wall thickness is reduced to 100 mm.
  • The filter can be changed and the heat exchanger removed without the need for tools. This greatly simplifies the maintenance and care of the device.
  • Clear commissioning software and plug-and-play functioning for standard applications simplify commissioning. Settings can be saved and transferred to next controllers.
