Features

  • Round VAV volumetric flow controller with electronic controller and built-in pressure difference sensor for controlling a variable or constant volume flow, independent of pre-pressure.
  • Minimum pressure from approx. 5 Pa to approx. 100 Pa depending on the volumetric flow.
  • Pressure difference up to 600 Pa.
  • Air speeds from min. 1.5 to max. 12.0 m/s; recommendation up to max. 6.0 m/s.
  • Plug-in assembly, suitable for folded spiral-seams ducts in accordance with DIN 24145.
  • All components are factory-fitted with hoses and wiring.
  • Display of the shutter position and angle scale on the outside of the casing.
  • Galvanised steel housing.
  • Oval single-leaf control shutter made of galvanised sheet steel with surrounding abrasion-resistant EPDM sealing, airtight in accordance with DIN 1946/4.
  • Form-fitting shutter axis made of galvanised precision steel in accordance with DIN 1652.
  • Maintenance-free and low-friction shutter bearing in plastic bearing bushes [Hostaform C 9021].
  • Highly sensitive sensor technology for precise Δp recording.
  • This enables the control of even the smallest volumetric flows.
  • Single integration into DCV systems (fan optimisers) makes an important contribution to meeting SFP requirements.
  • The demand-driven control – known as DCV (Demand Controlled Ventilation: demand-driven ventilation system with pressure-controlled fan optimiser system) – controls operation from air treatment up to the room according to demand – not as much as possible, but exactly as much as necessary.

  • Drive: Belimo LMV-D3-MP with NFC interface.
  • Integrated NFC interface: simple, wireless connection via Android smartphone with the Belimo Assistant app, enabling efficient commissioning through de-energised data reading and writing.
  • MP data bus interface integrated.
  • The VAV volumetric flow controller can be upgraded from analogue control to an MP-Bus® system at any time – in many cases using the existing cabling.
  • 5 Nm, 120...300 s.
  • Axle drive clamping block.
  • Manual release: Pushbutton for temporary or permanent operation.
  • Application field: variable or constant volumetric flow regulation at air speeds of min. 1.5 to max. 12.0 m/s; recommended up to max. 6.0 m/s.
  • Only 5 Pa pressure required.
