Heat recovery

  • Highly efficient counter current plate heat exchanger. Efficiency > 80% according to DIN EN 13141-7.
  • The outside air and exhaust air flows are guided past each other separately via parallel slats using the counterflow principle.
  • The integrated bypass in the outside air/supply air flow ensures frost protection in the event of freezing and provides free cooling in summer.

Condensate tray

  • Hygienically perfect condensate drain in the unit thanks to a stainless steel condensate tray with a slope on all sides, laser-welded. Positioned completely under the heat exchanger.

Bypass shutter

  • Bypass valve for free cooling and frost protection.
  • Manual adjustment possible with push button.
  • The drive is overload-proof and maintenance-free.
  • Power consumption during operation: 1.5 W; power consumption in idle mode: 0.4 W.
  • Shutter drive and gears positioned outside the air flow, making it suitable for increased hygiene requirements in accordance with VDI 6022.
  • Energy-saving, pre-wired shutter drive.
  • The integrated bypass, located in the outside air/supply air flow, provides frost protection in the event of freezing and serves as free cooling in summer.
  • If the unit is equipped with electrical pre-heating, the control system automatically selects the optimum solution.
  • In summer, the bypass regulates the set supply air temperature by means of modulation.

Filter

  • The heat recovery unit is equipped as standard with a highly efficient ePM1 50% panel filter at the outside air inlet and an ePM10 50% panel filter at the exhaust air inlet.
  • The filters are always installed in front of the respective components to guarantee their protection.
